Channel & Category management - Help organize products taste testing feedback and entry testing data in suitable format for analyzing - Research NPD and prepare presentation for sales pitch. In-Store Merchandising and demonstration - Keep track of point-of-purchase tools such as shippers, premiums and POSM to banners and collaborate with sales team to display in-store. - Main responsible for demonstration arrangement such as planning demonstration schedule according to brands’ AP and supermarket agreement, ensure sufficient stocks for demonstration. - Coordinate distribution of POSM such as product posters, wobbler and endcap board, etc. to assigned stores. - Track off-location display images for assigned brands and follow-up with sales team for off-location display images - Prepare product demo and display report followed provided template. Budget Management - Monitor assigned brand AP to ensure all activities are executed timely. - Evaluates monthly debit memo and marketing expense invoice, enters charge code, scan and entry the claimable invoice into internal system for tracking and claiming purposes. - Review and process POSM and demo payment invoice upon approval by supervisor. Sales Support - Prepared assigned brands distribution report following provided template - Support sales manager in filling product information for new listing, item maintenance and promotional contract for assigned banners’ portal. - Arrange sample requests, build shippers and distribute shippers, premiums and POSM to retail stores and collect in-store display images. - Monthly market visits to monitor retail execution, market research, and track competitor activities. Required background & Experience: - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Good to have Cantonese - Driver license and reliable vehicle for store visit - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience Entry or Intermediate (1-2 years experience) - Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
